Calming Picture of the Week

Take a comfortable seat.
Close your eyes.
Tune into the breath as it glides into your being,
and release tension and negativity as it flows out.
 
The breath is like a wave, ebbing and flowing against the shore.
Filling you with peace,
with life,
with love.
Each breath a new birth.
A new beginning.
 
Sit on the shore and observe the calm still waters
of your beating heart.
Let go.
Surrender.
